We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele - Sales Executive /
Academic Counselor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our courses, converting inquiries into admissions, and ensuring excellent post-enrollment services. This role involves both
sales
and
student service management
.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Admissions:
Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries about various academic and skill-based programs.
Understand student and parent needs, and recommend suitable courses and training options.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or internal systems.
Student Services & Support:
Coordinate with students and parents for class schedules, assessments, and academic progress.
Address student/parent concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage student records, fee details, and attendance.
Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and activities.
Maintain positive relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals and renewals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service roles (preferably in the education industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for education.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
