Role holder will be responsible plan and direct the organization\'s product & solutions development, objectives, and initiatives in the K-12 domain. The area of operation would be across countries in Africa, Middle East, Europe, and KSA.
Job Duties & Responsibilities in Details:
Participating in regular communications with senior management to explore and maximize revenue opportunities company wide
Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business size and operations
Representing & engaging with Sr Government /ministerial level personnel to build interest in company offerings, managing and building relationships
Participating in high-level meetings with key Government stakeholders to Identify business opportunities
Proposing innovative solutions to the government and implementing the project for the Governments on a turn-key basis
Creating a robust suite of products and solutions (including but not limited to the offerings for SEN, STEM, Teacher Training, Assessment, e-Learning) for the business vertical mapped to needs of the various markets
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Ability to deal with unknown environment and challenges.
Willing to travel extensively to Africa, Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
Understanding and exposure to the K12 systems of education, ability to adapt the same for the requirements given by various government bodies in Africa, Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
Knowledge about the latest developments in education technology solutions.
An existing partner base to support the company\'s current and future offerings in the Education sector is highly desirable
Prior experience in Africa and Government advisory is preferable.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in an unstructured environment with multiple uncertainties.
