About the school Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi (NASAD) will be a UK curriculum day school enrolling students from Early Years to Year 13 in the city’s prestigious residential district Al Reem Island, opposite the new Sorbonne University campus. Our new school will have capacity for 2,600 students upon completion. Its first phase of development, opening in September 2023, will include the Early Years building and sports facilities, while the second phase opening in Summer 2024 will include the main Primary and Secondary classrooms. About you We would love to welcome the right person to NASAD, to build our marketing, admissions and communications function and meet challenging commercial targets. To be successful in this role you will have:

• The enthusiasm to be at the heart of the project right from the start, and boundless energy to see it through to success
• Working with senior colleagues, the ability to plan and execute the strategic marketing, admissions and communications direction for the school and achieve challenging KPIs.
  
• Outstanding sales skills, including a natural story-teller’s ability to bring the school to life for parents and other stakeholders before the buildings have even been completed
  
• A creative eye and untamed imagination to build the school’s reputation and attract families with memorable messaging, media and events
  
• A talent for collaborating with both teachers and non-teaching staff alike, to align their goals with your own and drive performance
  
• A leadership style that embraces inclusion, imparts confidence and inspires success
  
• An ability to turn your hand personally to front-line marketing, admissions and communications in the early months of the project – you’ll savour getting your hands dirty
