We receive hundreds of inquiries each month from prospective learners. As a member of our admissions team, your role will be pivotal in guiding these prospects through the enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to potential students' queries regarding our programs and the admissions process via phone, email, or chat.
Clearly articulate the value of our programs and support candidates through every step of the admissions cycle--from inquiry to enrollment.
Plan and implement strategies to enhance admissions performance and achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in education enrollments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a talent for converting prospects into successful enrollments.
Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, eLearning tools, and CRM systems.
