Role Overview

We are seeking a Dubai-based

Education Consultant

with strong experience in international school admissions and a proven ability to convert inquiries into successful student placements. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

This is a

remote, client-facing role

requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and the ability to manage multiple family cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Advise relocating families on international school options, curricula, and admissions processes. Manage the full school search and placement journey -- from consultation to enrollment. Build and maintain relationships with schools, relocation partners, and corporate clients. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our CRM system. Contribute to marketing initiatives, school visits, and partnership development. Achieve individual and team-based placement and sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years' experience

in international school admissions, education consulting, or student recruitment. Proven

sales and relationship-management

skills with measurable results. Exceptional

attention to detail

, organization, and written communication. Confident communicator able to engage with families and school leadership teams. Bachelor's degree preferred (academic background in education or psychology an advantage). Fluency in English essential; additional languages an asset. Must be

based in Dubai

and able to work effectively from home.

AED 6,000 - 12,000 per month (based on experience).
