Job Description

Pure Minds Academy Dubai provides STEM-based learning programs including formal UK accredited NCFE courses for children. We are seeking a Sales Hunter and Relationship Builder to join our team in Dubai and drive the growth of our STEM Academy. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual with a passion for education and a strong track record in sales.

Key roles and responsibilities:



You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving revenue targets. You will be able to manage relationships with Students and Parents progressing these conversations to program registrations. Identify and prospect potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, community organizations, and corporate partners. Develop strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics. Develop a deep understanding of our STEM programs, curriculum, and services. Articulate the value proposition of our offerings and tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each client. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and services, addressing any questions or objections. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and contacts in our CRM system. Track sales pipeline and progress towards revenue targets, providing regular reports and updates to management. Develop sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposals, to support sales efforts. Ensure that all materials accurately represent our offerings and reflect our brand identity.

Requirements:



Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the education or technology sector. Clear and effective communication with active listening is a key skilll. Being adaptable and open-minded to build a collaborative rapport and establish trust. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and business development. Driving License & Car is a must.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
