Job Description

A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting a Business Development Specialist for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
  • Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Prepare sales & development reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Liaise with the suppliers on technical and purchasing matters.
  • Conduct monthly visits to clients.
  • Provide technical support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of sales experience.
  • Must have B2B experience with chemicals used in the food industry.
  • Strong network in the pharmaceutical market within the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain markets.
  • Must have a valid UAE Driver's License.
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic preferred.
