. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in online sales, digital campaigns, product positioning, and marketplace management. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong commercial acumen and hands-on knowledge of UAE's e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive online sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan and execute promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue.
Manage product pricing strategies and monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Marketplace & Platform Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, and other third-party marketplaces.
Ensure accurate listings, product visibility, and keyword optimization for better ranking and conversion.
Leverage in-platform marketing tools (Amazon/Noon PPC, deals, vouchers) to boost product sales.
Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization
Coordinate with the digital marketing team on paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROAS to optimize campaigns.
Implement SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic.
Customer & Market Insights
Track customer behavior, reviews, and feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
Research market trends and recommend new product opportunities or bundles.
Provide insights on consumer demand to support product development and procurement teams.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports with KPIs on revenue, margin, campaign performance, and forecasts.
Analyze sales funnels and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate sales and marketing spend tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in e-commerce sales (electronics or consumer tech preferred).
Proven track record of growing sales on Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of UAE online retail market and consumer buying patterns.
Excellent skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
