We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Live Selling Specialist to join our team. This role is a full-time position that requires a strong sales background with expertise in social media live selling and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting sales on Yallamums.com while also leveraging live selling strategies to showcase products, engage with audiences, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: I. Live Selling & Product Demonstration: o Conduct engaging and interactive live selling sessions and product demonstrations on platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook. o Demonstrate products in a way that highlights their features, benefits, and unique selling points. o Maintain high energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to keep the audience engaged and encourage real-time purchases. o Respond to live questions and interact with viewers to build trust and credibility. II. Sales & E-commerce Growth: o Drive online sales by actively promoting products on Yallamums.com through live demonstrations and engaging content. o Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. o Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behaviours, and live selling performance to optimize future sessions. o Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special offers. III. Social Media & Content Creation: o Collaborate with the content team to create short-form video content, reels, and product teasers to increase engagement before Live sessions. o Assist in developing scripts, storytelling strategies, and engaging hooks to maximize audience retention. o Stay up to date with social media trends and apply best practices to enhance live selling effectiveness. IV. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: o Build relationships with the audience and create a loyal customer community through personalized engagement. o Follow up with potential buyers via DMs, emails, and comments to close sales. o Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: o Minimum 2 years' experience in Product presentation and demonstration through various Social Media platforms. o Proven experience in sales, live selling, e-commerce, or a related field. o Ability to work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities. o Confident speaker with strong on-camera presence and storytelling ability. o Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other o Knowledge of our product categories is a plus!
