Our Fit-Out & Lighting Company is seeking a E-commerce Sales Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to help grow our online sales channels. In this role, you will manage and optimize our digital storefronts, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure the overall customer experience is seamless across platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for e-commerce, and experience in driving online sales through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue across all e-commerce platforms

Product Listings & Optimization:

Create, update, and optimize product listings, including detailed descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.

Customer Engagement:

Monitor customer feedback and reviews, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Market Research:

Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform product offerings and marketing strategies.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and suggest improvements.

Digital Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and increase traffic.

Inventory & Order Management:

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate inventory management.

Conversion Rate Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, site design tweaks, and other optimization strategies.

Availability:
