Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage and monitor e-commerce platforms (product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination)
Ensure accurate product data, images, and descriptions across online channels
Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Sales & Performance
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Support sales planning, forecasting, and promotions
Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze e-commerce and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management
Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and customer retention
Optimization & Growth
Support digital marketing and campaign analysis (Google, Meta, marketplace ads)
Conduct basic A/B testing and performance comparisons
Provide actionable insights to improve product performance and customer experience
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, sales operations, or digital sales roles
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or similar)
Knowledge of sales analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking
Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, BI tools)
Sales & Business Skills
Strong commercial and sales-oriented mindset
Ability to interpret data and translate it into business actions
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred (Advantage)
Experience in UAE e-commerce market
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
Basic SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
