About the Role



We're on the lookout for a performance-driven E-Commerce & Online Sales Specialist who can take ownership of our online revenue channel.

You'll be responsible for driving sales through our brand's own website. (not through Amazon, Noon, or other aggregators). This role blends revenue generation, digital marketing, and content coordination; perfect for someone who understands both data and storytelling.

What You'll Do



1. Drive Direct Online Sales: Plan and execute programs to increase sales through the brand website and other owned e-commerce channel.

2. Revenue Ownership: Analyze performance data, and take proactive steps to drive & achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & margin target.

3. Website Optimization: Work with internal and external teams to continuously optimize the website for better conversion rates, user experience, and purchase flow.

4. Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align on product promotions, content direction, and seasonal campaigns that drive sales.

5. Content Coordination: Define and communicate the kind of content (banners, product descriptions, videos, etc.) required to support online campaigns.

6. Performance Analysis: Track and report key metrics like conversion rate, AOV (Average Order Value), bounce rate, and traffic sources to identify improvement areas.

7. CRM & Retention: Work with the team to plan offers, email campaigns, and loyalty programs that encourage repeat purchases.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, creative, tech, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of online sales initiatives.

Requirements



- 2+ years of experience managing sales through a brand-owned e- commerce site

- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, SEO/SEM, and analytics

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and performance tools

- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and UX best practices

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Note: This is a sales target-driven role

70% Sales | 30% Marketing

We're open to candidates from outside the country and will support relocation for the right talent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
