Job description / Role This is a great opportunity to for an Ecommerce Manager to join an innovative and established multichannel clothing retailer based in Dubai. We are recruiting for a large retail business in the fashion and activewear market, based in the United Arab Emirates. This business is expanding both stores and its digital solutions across the Middle East and operates several clothing categories. Their collections consist of modern and dynamic designs that are continuously developing. This new Ecommerce Manager role is responsible for nurturing, driving and developing the company's entire ecommerce business for all their ranges. The position offers the opportunity to take this company to the next level in omnichannel sales through the execution and delivery of their plans. As Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing online sales and ensuring that conversion opportunities are always maximised. Using in-depth data market analysis and insights you will drive the brand forward to make sure the online customer journey is as optimised and flawless as possible. This key role manages an Ecommerce team and handles all of the digital activities and supporting processes in accordance with the company's e-commerce plans and objectives. In addition the role is highly focussed on all elements of customer experience. This role requires an accomplished individual who combines analytical and technical skills with a great creativeness in order to ensure that the website is appeals visually.

Requirements Your profile: * 5 plus years working in Digital Marketing and eCommerce * Able to manage a team * Good knowledge of eCommerce operations * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to plan and organize time across wide locations * Proven record in a changing and growth environment Personal attributes * Excellent communication skills, with all levels within the company * Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ambition to drive through initiatives and achieve company targets * Adaptable and able to take on challenges and to continually improve * Able to handle several demands and complete multiple priorities successfully * Excel with establishing credibility and authority Benefits: * Competitive salary and attractive incentives * Full Healthcare and other benefits * 25 days holiday per annum plus statutory public holidays Salary * 60,000 to 70,000 per annum This position has great benefits and, additional, the salary is tax free.
