E Commerce Manager Fmcg

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online FMCG business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a portfolio with a turnover of at least AED 50 million, a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online sales strategies. This role requires cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to achieve sales and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the e-commerce business for the FMCG portfolio across major online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Talabat, Instashop, etc.).
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of e-commerce P&L and ensure achievement of revenue, profit, and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key e-commerce customers and marketplaces; manage commercial terms, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and product content optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, sales, finance) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce team to drive performance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
