E-Commerce Manager
to help drive our online growth on global and regional platforms.
Position Overview
As an
E-Commerce Manager
, you will be responsible for managing our presence on key e-commerce platforms, including
Amazon
,
Mumzworld
,
FirstCry
,
Noon
, and others. You will take ownership of product listings, A+ content creation, marketing campaigns, and overall performance optimization across marketplaces.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
Oversee and optimize our e-commerce operations on Amazon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, Noon, and other platforms.
Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service performance.
Ensure listings meet platform compliance and brand standards.
Content & Listing Optimization
Develop and maintain
A+ content
including product images, infographics, and keyword-rich descriptions.
Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to enhance product presentation.
Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to maximize listing performance.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy
Track key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Recommend and implement strategies for improving store performance and ROI.
Marketing & Advertising
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, platform-sponsored ads, promotions).
Coordinate seasonal deals, sales campaigns, and other growth initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team for cross-platform promotions and social media alignment.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely fulfillment.
Forecast demand and plan replenishment cycles to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon and MENA e-commerce platforms (Mumzworld, FirstCry, Noon, etc.)
Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Proficiency in creating
A+ listings
and optimizing content for search and conversion
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate insights
Experience in inventory coordination and promotional planning
Excellent communication and project management skills
Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
