Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manages online store activity such as sales, orders, delivery tracking, payments, stocks, item posting, reports, etc.

- Development and implementation of the e-commerce marketing strategy for website development and performance on both Internet and mobile platforms.

- Coordinate with website developers to improve the website platform.

- Managing and improvising efficient SOPs in the operations of both warehouse and website platforms, eMarketer, social media platforms, and clients.

- Research market and technology trends for platform improvement.

- Analyse various data and strategies to deliver the best performance and KPIs.

- Overseeing and monitoring all website platform uploads and downloads content.

- Managing reports and performance of both platform and division.

Job Requirements:

- 5+ years\' experience managing e-commerce platforms.

- Excellent Shopify knowledge

- Good coding knowledge is a plus.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Must have experience in fast-paced fulfillment (minimum 50 orders per day).

- SAP knowledge is a plus.

- Certification in e-commerce is a plus.

- Must be knowledgeable in Stocks Inventory Management.

- Worked in e-commerce in the UAE that sells food products.
