The E-Commerce Manager grows the e-commerce business. He/She improves the customer experience, manages the customer order fulfillment, and maintains the technology plans. He/She generates data-driven market insights and manages relationships with partners. He/She works in a fast-paced digital environment and manages the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce business. He/She must be a collaborative and results-oriented team leader. He/She must be technology-savvy with strong business knowledge and ability to manage multiple projects. Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded
- IT literate and experienced in the use of online marketplaces
- Ability to think strategically and plan effectively
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Problem solver
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Lively, enthusiastic, naturally positive and self-reliant
- Good spoken and written English
- Preferably Experienced with Ebay and Amazon
