Job Description

E-commerce Management

Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets. Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce). Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. Optimize the customer journey, from browsing to checkout, to maximize conversion rates. Monitor performance analytics and provide actionable insights for growth. Identify and implement new online sales channels and partnerships.

Marketing & Branding

Plan and lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels. Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content creation. Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce and marketing professionals. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies. Manage budgets, forecast sales, and deliver regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce and marketing leadership roles. Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics. Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in

F&B / Coffee / Retail industry

is a plus.
