Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon.ae, Noon.
Develop and implement SEO strategies.
Create engaging digital content (graphics, videos).
Provide prompt, professional customer support across channels.
Process orders, oversee logistics, and manage inventory.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and supplier relationships.
Leverage AI and automation tools for efficiency.
Technical Skills:
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon/Noon Seller Por
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, basic video editing.
SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana/Monday.
Bonus: AI content tools (ChatGPT), automation tools (Zapier).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
2+ years' experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Proven track record in ad campaigns and SEO success.
Strong communication in English & Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
