Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Listing Manager to handle product listings across online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of keyword research, SEO strategies, and performance optimization techniques to increase visibility and sales. This role will also manage product listings and promotions across social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other online platforms.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility.

Monitor listing performance, track analytics, and adjust strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, titles, images, and pricing in line with platform requirements.

Manage social media product listings, updates, and promotions to drive engagement and traffic.

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create appealing product content.

Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to product listings.

Report on sales performance, trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience managing product listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and similar marketplaces.

Strong knowledge of keyword planning, SEO techniques, and performance optimization.

Experience with social media platforms for product listings and engagement.

Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and analytics dashboards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field preferred.
