We are looking for a tech-savvy
E-commerce IT Officer
with expertise in
Laravel development, digital marketing, and website management
to optimize and maintain our e-commerce platforms:

You will be responsible for
ensuring smooth website functionality, improving performance, implementing digital marketing strategies, and developing new features
to enhance user experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
1 Website Development & Maintenance (Laravel Expertise Required)
Develop, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based e-commerce websites for performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, errors, and downtime issues.
Implement new features, APIs, and integrations (payment gateways, shipping providers, CRM tools).
Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading speeds, and SEO-friendly structure.
2. Digital Marketing & SEO
Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and retargeting campaigns to drive traffic.
Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, URLs, schema markup) and technical SEO (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and heatmap analysis to improve UX.
Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad performance metrics to refine strategies.
3. E-commerce Platform Management
Administer product uploads, inventory sync, pricing updates, and discount setups.
Implement security patches, SSL certificates, and fraud prevention measures.
Work with UX/UI designers to improve navigation, checkout flow, and customer journey.
4. Automation & Performance Optimization
Set up automated email/SMS marketing (abandoned cart, order confirmations, promotions).
Optimize server performance, caching, and database queries for faster load times.
Integrate AI chatbots, recommendation engines, or personalization tools (if applicable).
5. Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly/monthly reports on website traffic, conversions, and marketing ROI.
Track KPIs (bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate, ROAS) and suggest improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Data Analytics are a plus
.
Professional Experience:
2-5 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, wholesale marketplaces, or multi-vendor platforms. or related roles.
Experience with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
Knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo).
Understanding of AI/ML for e-commerce personalization.
3. Technical Skills:
Laravel & PHP: Strong experience in Laravel framework, MySQL, RESTful APIs.
Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js/React (optional).
E-commerce Platforms: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom Laravel e-commerce systems.
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Google Analytics.
Server & Hosting: Familiarity with cPanel, AWS, Cloudflare, Git.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
