Position Overview

Argana Beauty FZE is seeking a

UAE-based E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

to manage our online sales and digital presence. The role focuses on

Amazon UAE, Noon marketplaces, Shopify, and WordPress websites

, along with managing

Facebook and TikTok Ads

. The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years of experience

in e-commerce operations and digital marketing, with strong skills in product listings, marketplace ads, website management, and social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management (Amazon UAE & Noon)

Create, manage, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, titles, images, content). Handle FBA (Amazon) and FBN (Noon) shipments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies. Manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns to drive sales growth.

Shopify & WordPress Website Management

Manage and update Shopify and WordPress websites, including product uploads, collections, and inventory. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and user experience. Implement and manage integrations such as payment gateways, shipping rules, and plugins.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

Plan and execute

Facebook Ads

and

TikTok Ads

campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates. Develop creative ad strategies aligned with customer behavior and trends. Track, analyze, and report on advertising performance.

Core Skills & Expertise

Amazon Seller Central & Noon Seller Center (listings, ads, FBA/FBN). Shopify & WordPress website management (themes, plugins, SEO, product uploads). Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads (campaign setup, optimization, reporting). Strong knowledge of e-commerce SEO and digital analytics. Proficiency in Excel, Canva/Photoshop, and ad tracking tools (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

Qualifications

Experience

in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon & Noon) and website management (Shopify & WordPress). Strong English communication skills (spoken & written). Must be currently

based in UAE

.
