Job Description
Manage Liberty Car Care's
e-commerce website and online platforms
, ensuring accurate product listings and smooth user experience. Upload, update, and maintainproduct descriptions, pricing, images, and service information
. Coordinate withinventory, service, and marketing teams
to ensure up-to-date product availability and promotional content. Process and monitoronline orders, bookings, inquiries, and payments
. Track and analyzewebsite traffic, sales reports, and customer engagement metrics
. Assist in creating and executingdigital marketing campaigns
, including social media and Google promotions. Maintainwebsite performance, SEO optimization, and data accuracy
. Ensure website security, data protection, and compliance with company standards. Respond tocustomer inquiries and feedback
in a timely, professional manner. Identify and suggest improvements to enhanceonline visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
. Collaborate with management to aligne-commerce goals
with overall company objectives.Desired Candidate Profile

.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
E-Commerce, Marketing, IT, or Business Administration
. Minimum2-3 years of experience
ine-commerce operations or digital marketing
, preferably in theautomotive or retail industry
. Proficient inCMS platforms
and basic understanding of HTML/CSS preferred. Knowledge ofSEO, Google Analytics, social media management, and digital advertising tools
. Strong computer literacy, especially inExcel, data entry, and content management systems
