Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product availability, correct categorization, and accuracy of SKUs.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
Website & Platform Management
Monitor website content, functionality, promotions, and user experience.
Support campaign setups, banner updates, and seasonal promotions.
Work with IT/technical teams to report and resolve website issues.
Sales & Performance Tracking
Track KPIs including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
Prepare regular reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in optimizing product performance and campaign effectiveness.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing.
Review customer feedback and support improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in creating content that drives engagement and sales.
Vendor & Product Coordination
Liaise with suppliers to obtain updated product information, pricing, and promotional materials.
Support inventory planning by tracking stock levels and notifying relevant teams.
Qualifications & Skills
UAE National (Emirati)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail (preferred).
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
Experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, or consumer goods sectors is an advantage.
