Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

E-commerce Executive

to manage and enhance our online sales platforms, optimize product listings, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Online Store Management:



Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate product categorization and SEO-friendly content for better visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance and user experience (UI/UX). Coordinate with the IT team for website enhancements, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.

2. Marketplace & Third-Party Platforms:



Manage online sales channels ( Shopify ) Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize listings for maximum visibility. Monitor seller ratings, reviews, and customer queries for better engagement.

3. Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:



Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and increase conversion rates. Analyze customer behavior and market trends to optimize campaigns.

4. Order Management & Fulfillment:



Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and deliveries. Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and handle returns/exchanges efficiently. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:



Track and report on key e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV (Average Order Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Identify areas of improvement through data analysis and competitor research. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.

6. Customer Service & Engagement:



Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various online channels. Work on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and improve online ratings and reviews.

Key Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years in e-commerce, preferably in the UAE market.

Skills:



Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms Experience with online marketplaces like Amazon and Noon. SEO, PPC, and social media marketing expertise. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
