Role: E-Commerce Executive
We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-knowledge, and proactive E-Commerce Executive who can manage product listings, handle order processing, support marketing efforts, and drive engagement across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, upload, and manage product listings on our website, apps, and marketplaces (WooCommerce/WordPress, Amazon, Noon)
Write and edit product titles and descriptions using SEO and keyword research in English and Arabic
Set high standards for listing quality, product content, and updates
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
Process online orders and coordinate with the team for picking, packing, and labeling
Communicate with drivers and track dispatches for timely delivery
Handle customer support through calls, WhatsApp, and media messages in English and Arabic
Post regularly on all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) including videos and product reels
Work closely with the graphics, sales, and marketing teams for updated content and promotions
Run and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to boost product visibility and engagement
Stay updated on market trends and new product ideas for listings
Maintain stock and order reports using advanced Excel skills
Support banner updates, seasonal promotions, and app/web campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce (WordPress, Amazon, Noon)
Strong experience in product listings, SEO, and marketplace optimization
Proven ability to manage inventory and logistics coordination
Skilled in Excel for reporting and order tracking
Excellent communication in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
Comfortable with video content creation and posting across all major social media platforms
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram ads)
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office + warehouse environment
Familiar with emerging trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
