About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

E-commerce Executive

with proven expertise on the

eBay platform

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales operations, creating compelling listings, optimizing product visibility, and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage eBay Store:

Oversee the daily operations of our eBay store including inventory updates, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service.

Create Product Listings:

Develop accurate and appealing listings with keyword-optimized titles, detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.

Optimize Listings for SEO:

Use eBay analytics and keyword tools to improve product visibility and search rankings.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase conversions and reduce returns.

Marketing & Promotions:

Run eBay promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns (eBay Ads / Promoted Listings).

Customer Interaction:

Respond to queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high feedback score.

Competitor Analysis:

Track competitors' listings, pricing strategies, and identify areas of improvement.

Reporting:

Provide weekly performance reports on listings, traffic, conversions, and sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing eBay stores or marketplaces. Strong knowledge of eBay's policies, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with eBay Seller Hub, marketing tools, and inventory systems. Excellent written communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with basic photo editing tools is a plus. Knowledge of other marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, etc., is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
