As we expand our digital presence, we're seeking a dynamic E-commerce Executive with expertise in TikTok, Snapchat, and digital advertising to strengthen our online visibility, lead generation, and product/service promotions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns, with a special focus on TikTok and Snapchat, and oversee product listings on marketplaces like eBay. The ideal candidate will also support service package promotions, digital campaigns, and content creation to enhance client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat for lead generation and service promotion Target audiences effectively and monitor ad performance to ensure high ROI Create or coordinate engaging video content for social media ads Manage and optimize company service listings and product offerings on platforms such as eBay and other digital marketplaces Optimize listings using SEO-friendly titles and descriptions Support the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns (including email and social ads) Track sales and campaign performance, prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics Assist in managing online inquiries and forward qualified leads to the sales team Research trends, competitors, and client needs to propose innovative digital strategies Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and up-to-date online service presentation

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and social media advertising Proven expertise in TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads platforms Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, or similar online marketplaces Knowledge of SEO, social media ads, email marketing, and analytics tools Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic content management systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Experience in promoting services (not just physical products) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Graphic and/or video editing abilities Basic understanding of Google Analytics, ad pixels, and tracking tools Additional language skills are a plus

Eligibility:

Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred Strong English communication skills required
