Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operational Support:
Assist the Online Manager with daily tasks and ensure timely completion of e-commerce activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on action plans and deliverables.
Marketing Calendar Preparation:
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to prepare and maintain the monthly marketing calendar.
Ensure planned promotions, campaigns, and activities are scheduled and executed on time.
Influencer Coordination:
Reach out to influencers on a monthly basis to discuss collaborations.
Manage communications, negotiate deliverables, and follow up to ensure timely content delivery and posting.
Google Merchant Center Support:
Work alongside the digital team to upload products and troubleshoot issues to get items approved for Google Shopping campaigns.
Social Media & SEO Support:
Assist in creating and posting engaging content across social media platforms.
Support basic SEO activities to enhance website visibility and traffic.
Execution & Follow-Up:
Ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Online Manager on task progress and outcomes.
General Support:
Handle other e-commerce related tasks as required to support the team and business objectives.
Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and basic SEO principles is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with attention to detail.
