. We sell through marketplaces and B2B channels across the UAE and beyond.

We're looking for a

Marketplace Operator

who can

own the execution

: listings, pricing, stock discipline, and daily marketplace operations -- with clean reporting and zero excuses.

Role Overview

You will manage our marketplace operations across

Noon

(active) and

Amazon

(to be created), and support expansion to other channels (e.g., Tradeling). This is not a "marketing" role -- it's an

operations + performance role

.

Important:

We do

not currently have an Amazon seller account

. Part of your role will be helping set it up correctly and preparing the catalogue for launch.

Key Responsibilities1. Listings & Catalogue Management

Create, upload, and optimize product listings on

Noon

and

Tradeling

, and prepare listings for

Amazon

. Write clear titles, bullet points, and descriptions; select correct categories and attributes. Maintain listing quality: variations, images, keywords, and compliance with platform rules.
2. Amazon Launch (Setup & Readiness)

Support creation and setup of the

Amazon seller account

(documents, settings, brand/catalogue readiness). Prepare a launch checklist: SKU structure, pricing, inventory feed, and shipping settings.
3. Pricing, Stock & Performance Control

Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotions to avoid out-of-stock, overselling, or margin erosion. Track sales, conversion, returns, cancellations, and advertising performance (if applicable). Flag issues early (suppressed listings, stranded inventory, pricing errors, account health risks).
4. Order & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment and replenishment. Ensure product availability, correct barcodes/SKUs, and accurate inventory updates.
5. Reporting & Discipline

Maintain clean Excel trackers for SKUs, pricing, stock, sales performance, and pending tasks. Share weekly summaries: what moved, what didn't, what needs fixing, and next actions.
RequirementsMust-Have

Proven experience operating

Noon and/or Amazon seller accounts

(hands-on, not theoretical). Strong Excel skills (trackers, formulas, clean reporting). Organized, proactive, and detail-focused (marketplaces punish mistakes). Clear communication and ability to work independently.
Big Plus

Experience with

listing optimization (SEO)

and handling marketplace issues (suppressed listings, variations, brand gating, etc.). Experience with

Tradeling

operations. Ability to build SOPs and systems that scale.
