E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on

Amazon, Noon, Shopify

, and other online marketplaces. Create, upload, and maintain accurate

product listings

with images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords. Handle

order processing

, returns, replacements, and customer queries. Coordinate with

courier companies

, logistics teams, and warehouse for smooth order dispatch. Manage

inventory

, stock updates, and out-of-stock alerts across all platforms. Handle

trade-in & trade-out processes

, including coordination with suppliers and buyers. Work with

banks

for payment reconciliation, settlement issues, refunds, and transaction verification. Prepare

sales reports

, performance analytics, and growth strategies. Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotions. Run basic

advertisements

and keyword optimization on e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads). Ensure compliance with

industry standards

, platform guidelines, and Swisschemi brand policies.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in

e-commerce operations

. Strong knowledge of

Amazon Seller Central

,

Noon Seller Lab

, and

Shopify Admin

. Good understanding of online ads, SEO, inventory flow, and customer service. Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently. Basic accounting knowledge for reconciling payments. Must be based in or willing to relocate to
