Role Overview

The

E-commerce Executive

plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Wecord London's online platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who will manage product listings, coordinate with the customer service and e-commerce teams, and maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily e-commerce operations across the brand's digital platforms. Manage and update product listings, ensuring precision in descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Conduct accurate data entry and maintain organized product catalogues. Coordinate with the

Customer Service

team to resolve order-related issues promptly. Collaborate closely with the

E-commerce

and

Marketing

teams on new product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates. Monitor website performance and assist in implementing enhancements. Prepare and maintain performance reports, including sales, stock levels, and online KPIs. Ensure consistency between online listings and in-store assortments.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy. Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar). Strong communication and coordination skills. Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and digital commerce.
