to take full ownership of identifying profitable products across online platforms (Shopify, Noon, Amazon, etc.), sourcing competitive suppliers (primarily in China), and managing the end-to-end supply chain into the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Selection
Conduct in-depth market research to identify
5-7 new profitable products per month
from Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other trending platforms.
Evaluate product demand, pricing competitiveness, and market trends using data analytics tools.
Ensure selected products meet profitability thresholds (minimum
40-50% gross margin
).
Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
Identify and vet suppliers via Alibaba, and direct manufacturer channels in China.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities to secure best cost-performance ratios.
Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness).
Logistics & Import Management
Manage full import cycle: supplier coordination, shipping, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery in the UAE.
Optimize logistics to ensure delivery within agreed timelines (target:
95% on-time delivery rate
).
Monitor landed costs and maintain margin integrity across shipments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
.
Proficiency with
product research and validation tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout, or similar
.
3 years of proven experience in
e-commerce sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
.
Strong understanding of
Alibaba, 1688, Noon, Amazon, Shopify
and similar platforms.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
