We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all ecommerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business growth and enhance the overall ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings Management:
Oversee and update product listings on various online platforms, ensuring all product information (descriptions, prices, images) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels across multiple ecommerce channels, ensuring stock is accurately reflected and updated in real-time.
Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill customer orders promptly, ensuring that the shopping experience is seamless and orders are delivered within the committed timeframes.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing issues related to products, orders, and deliveries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promotions & Sales Events:
Coordinate with the marketing team to create and manage special promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales events that align with business objectives.
Sales & Performance Analytics:
Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website analytics to evaluate and optimize performance. Use insights to suggest adjustments to improve sales and customer engagement.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to assess key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, traffic, and customer satisfaction. Present actionable insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Logistics Coordination:
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and resolution of any shipping-related issues.
Product Launch Coordination:
Work closely with product and design teams to ensure new products are accurately listed, marketed online, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure our online store remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in ecommerce operations.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc.) and online retail operations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
