Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, drive online sales growth, and enhance the customer shopping experience across digital platforms. The role involves coordinating with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.). Coordinate and execute online promotional campaigns and sales activities to maximize revenue. Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools. Collaborate with marketing to optimize SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media to drive traffic and conversions. Work closely with logistics and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to online purchases, providing timely resolutions. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the user experience and conversion rates. Prepare regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations for management. Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices in the UAE market.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales processes, and digital marketing. Proficiency in data analysis and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the UAE e-commerce market and consumer behavior is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online collaboration tools.
