Sanford Middle East DWC is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Senior E-Commerce Executive
to lead and manage our digital sales channels. Based at our
Dubai South office
, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, platform management, and online sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of major online platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.) and Sanford's official e-commerce website.
Manage product uploads, pricing, inventory levels, and order processing.
Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
Monitor platform performance using analytics tools and propose data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics, Marketing) to ensure streamlined operations.
Optimize product listings and ensure high-quality content and imagery.
Resolve platform issues and customer concerns in coordination with support teams.
Stay updated with competitor strategies and market trends to enhance performance.
Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Minimum 2
years of hands-on e-commerce experience
, preferably in the consumer electronics or appliances sector.
Familiarity with platforms such as
Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and other regional marketplaces
.
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and marketplace policies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital marketing tools.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
