E Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to lead and manage our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing fashion and accessories listings on top UAE e-commerce platforms, analysing sales data, and implementing effective strategies to boost online sales and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage an update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Namshi, Amazon, company website).
Monitor daily online sales performance, reporting trends and KPIs.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Optimize product pages for SEO, pricing strategies, stock levels, and visual presentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and competitor activity to suggest improvements.
Oversee promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns in coordination with digital marketing.
Stay updated with new platform features and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
5-7 years experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion & accessories retail.
Hands-on experience with major UAE platforms like , , Noon, etc.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in using CMS tools, Excel, and e-commerce dashboards.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing basics, and online merchandising.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and sales-focused mindset.
