Order Processing:
Oversee the end-to-end online order cycle--processing orders, coordinating with logistics teams, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Basic Product Photography & Editing:
Assist in capturing clean product photos and making minor edits for web-ready use (e.g., background cleanup, resizing).
Inventory Monitoring:
Track and update stock availability online; coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for replenishment.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls regarding orders, product information, returns, and more.
Sales & Performance Tracking:
Pull reports on daily sales, top-performing products, and online traffic to help guide marketing and stock decisions.
Campaign Support:
Assist with uploading and scheduling promotional banners, product discounts, and online campaigns during peak sales periods.
Market & Competitor Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor strategies to suggest improvements.
