Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team and lead the expansion of our online business. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Trendyol, Carrefour, Temu, and more.
You will play a key role in increasing sales, solving platform-related issues, and ensuring excellent account health and customer ratings.

Key Responsibilities:



Amazon Account Management

: Handle daily operations of our existing Amazon account. List new products efficiently while managing any category/restriction issues. Submit required documents (invoices, COAs, authorization letters, etc.) to unblock or approve products.

Troubleshooting & Support

: Resolve listing issues, product suppression, policy violations, and other Amazon platform alerts. Maintain and improve

Account Health

metrics (Performance, Policy Compliance, Customer Service).

Enhance Product Visibility & Sales

: Optimize listings with SEO-based titles, descriptions, keywords, and images. Plan promotions, campaigns, and deals to increase product reach and revenue.

Multi-Platform Expansion

: Set up and manage accounts on

Noon

,

Talabat

,

Trendyol

,

Carrefour

,

Temu

, etc. List products, manage orders, handle customer queries, and improve brand visibility.

Performance & Reporting

: Monitor sales performance, reviews, return rates, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and strategies to improve sales.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience

in handling e-commerce platforms (Amazon UAE a must).

Fluent in English

(verbal and written). Strong understanding of online product listing, cataloging, and compliance documentation. Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, or similar platforms. Good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in

pharmaceutical

or

healthcare product

listing is a

strong advantage

. Knowledge of

UAE e-commerce laws

,

VAT

, and import/compliance regulations. Basic

design skills

(Canva, Photoshop) for editing product images is a plus.
