Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team.

Who can create product listings that appeal to our customers, and ensure all listings are optimized correctly for the marketplace we are in. An Ideal candidate should be UAE experienced in E-commerce platforms like Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, and must have experience of handling Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and updating listings on Amazon, Noon and other E-commerce Platforms. Price Update, Daily Inventory update and checking. Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly. Daily E-commerce order processing. Responsible for product upload or off-shelf to improve the optimization of listing, maintain the stability and health of the platform account. Promotional Proposal / Advertising/deals/coupon Returns / Dispute Request & Monitoring. Research customer needs and how they respond to adverts, measure and report on campaign performance. Research competitors and keep up to date with trends in e-commerce and new technologies. Ensure our pricing is competitive compared to similar SKUs. Analyse sales data and provide insights to improve product listings and performance.

Experience & Qualifications

:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce or seller on Noon and Amazon. Experience in inventory management and forecasting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Personal Attributes:

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Great attention to detail, Reliable, Flexible with a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and within certain timeframes. Organized and confident.
