We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms
Manage product listings and catalogs on platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility.
Handle order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Address customer queries and escalations professionally.
Assist with promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce
