As an E-Commerce Operation Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing the company's online sales platform, driving revenue growth and optimizing overall e-commerce performance in alignment with the company's sales and marketing strategy.

Key Accountabilities

Own and grow
online sales revenue
, ensuring achievement of e-commerce targets. Manage theend-to-end performance
of the online sales platform (pricing, promotions, assortment, availability). Driveconversion, AOV, and customer retention
through data-driven sales strategies. Leadcommercial campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams. Oversee theP&L and profitability
of the online sales channel. Analyze performance KPIs and provideclear insights and recommendations
to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and e-commerce best practices. Lead, coach, and develop theonline sales team
, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture. Act as the key point of contact between the e-commerce operation andsenior leadership
, aligning online sales strategies with overall sales and marketing objectives.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. 7-10+ years of experience in
e-commerce / online sales
Proven background withstrong online sales platforms.
Strong preference
for candidates with experience inperfume, beauty, cosmetics.
Solid Experience in: Managing online sales P&L, Revenue growth and conversion optimization, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales planning * Experience in cross-functional work with Marketing, Performance, CRM, Tech, and Logistics teams.
