experienced E-Commerce Channel Manager
to handle and optimize our presence across major marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will be
hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced with UAE e-commerce platforms
, especially in FMCG / grocery categories.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate seller accounts on:
Noon
InstaShop
Deliveroo
Amazon
Other grocery/delivery platforms as required
Upload and manage product listings (EANs, pricing, descriptions, images)
Ensure correct product categorization and compliance with platform guidelines
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates
Handle order processing, cancellations, and returns
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Monitor platform performance, sales, and promotions
Handle platform communications, tickets, and issue resolution
Optimize product visibility and sales performance
Ensure accuracy of EAN codes, barcodes, and product data
Requirements
Proven experience managing
e-commerce marketplace accounts
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of
EAN codes, SKU management, and product catalogs
Experience in
grocery / supermarket / FMCG
is a big advantage
Familiar with UAE marketplace policies and workflows
Ability to work independently and handle multiple platforms
Good communication and coordination skills
Immediate availability preferred
