Key Responsibilities
Research, select, and approve profitable products for UAE B2C market
Source suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage inventory
Set up and manage Shopify / marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
Handle pricing, promotions, and margin control
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta/Google Ads)
Manage daily operations, order fulfillment, and customer support
Monitor sales, track KPIs, and report weekly
Optimize business processes to maximize profitability
Requirements
Minimum 3-7 years experience in B2C e-commerce operations
Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce business
Strong understanding of product sourcing, pricing, and supplier negotiation
Knowledge of Shopify / marketplaces and digital marketing
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: per month
Profit Share: 10-20% of net profit (incentivized for results)
