Job Scope:

Drive the strategic priorities and embed E-Commerce in the larger organization. Delivery of the E-Commerce P&L of the customers through managing the collaboration, building and executing the JBPs and improving availability (OLA) and visibility (search) performance, through Data Driven Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Account/customer management by building, negotiating, and executing JBPs.

Responsible on quarterly forecast, plans and budgets.

Ownership of the customers P&L.

Responsible for identification & development of customer strategies by assessing competitors, trends & behaviors.

Identify Key Categories to win online via exclusive portfolio, offerings, and marketing plans.

Implement annual Business Development Agreements

Plan/execute the brand activations for the customer while coordinating with all stakeholders in advance for smooth and timely execution (DMC & Media team)

Control of the customers claims & collections and making sure raising Credit notes on time.

To Maintain clean and reconciled books of account

To maintain stock holding reports

Lead the cross-cluster processes with scalable capability models and deliver best practices.

Primary KPIs of the role are, Turnover / Turnover Growth, Market Share, and Execution KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 availability, visibility (search performance) and E-Com content deployment with customers.

Key Competencies & Skills:

5+ Years of Customer Development - Account Management & Marketing experience.

Digital Marketing / E-Commerce experience is a plus.
