Company: Mazayenn Online Store Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Remote) Salary: Starting from 500 AED per month + Commission based on sales targets achieved Mazayenn Online Store, an Abu Dhabi-based E-commerce company, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Virtual E-commerce Assistant to manage our E-commerce Store, Amazon Seller Account, and Noon Seller Account. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our online sales platform. Responsibilities:
- Amazon and Noon Account Management: Setting up and overseeing seller accounts on Amazon and Noon platforms on behalf of the company.
- Market Research: Conducting thorough research to identify profitable and high-demand products for listing.
- Product Listing Optimization: Creating accurate, detailed, and optimized product listings across appropriate e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Service: Promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to listed products.
- Legal and Procedural Compliance: Managing all legal aspects, including sales, taxes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Account Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the seller accounts to ensure smooth operation and success.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize profitability within the seller accounts.
- Proven experience in managing E-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Noon seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces, product research, and listing optimization techniques.
- Product Hunting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Knowledge of sales regulations, tax procedures, and legal compliance in E-commerce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
