We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce & Aggregator Executive to support our online sales and digital presence across multiple platforms. This role offers valuable experience in the rapidly evolving world of online retail and marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo).
Support inventory tracking, pricing updates, and stock availability across aggregator channels.
Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Generate performance reports for key platforms and campaigns.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and aggregators.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Prior experience related to online sales or digital marketplaces.
