Job description

EA to CEO in Dubai. We are seeking an EA from the UK who understands the UAE culture and is eith in Dubai prepared to move to Dubai. The CEO but he needs an additional two EA\'s based in Dubai full time. The Role Handling highly confidential information Extensive and complex scheduling Very strong gatekeeper Good PowerPoint Process creation Skills Required
  • Must have supported a HNWI
  • Excellent communication skills a must (written and verbal).
  • Proactivity: an ability to go beyond the brief.
  • Disciplined and organized: able to juggle priorities and multi-task. To work, unflustered, to tight deadlines and unforeseen requirements.
  • Self-reliant and motivated: this individual must be able to work alone or as part of virtual teams, as well as in conventional groups.
  • Confidentiality and diplomacy: given the sensitivity of disclosed materials and conversations, these are mandatory skills.
Salary on the role is 25,000 AED Dirham per month (tax free). This equates to the equivalent of \xc2\xa358,680 sterling per annum. Relocation allowance up to $10,000 (one time) Relocation flight and 1-month hotel accommodation provided by Co.
