Dubai
15,000 – 25,000 AED per month
Our client is looking for an EA to support the CEO. They are seeking an EA to be the true right-hand support to the CEO/ Board. This is an exciting and all-encompassing role where you will be providing admin support as well as working in a client facing role.
Duties Include:
YOU ARE
To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment and have c-suite EA experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels. It is desirable you have experience working in Finance.

- Extensive diary management
- Expense management
- Travel coordination, including itineraries and visa applications
- Collating presentations / reports
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients
- Roadshow coordination
- General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE

You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels. It is desirable you have experience working in Finance.

Requirements
- 3-5 years working as an EA
- Must have c-suite level EA experience
- Desirable to have experience working in Financial Services
- Degree educated
- Must be residing in Dubai
