:

As the E-commerce Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our e-commerce operations, with a focus on order fulfillment, shipping and delivery, returns management, and overall logistics optimization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery, while also implementing cost-saving measures and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage relationships with shipping carriers, optimize shipping routes, and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies for handling product returns efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Leverage technology and software solutions for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics processes.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards before being shipped to customers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the logistics and supply chain processes while maintaining service levels.
• Direct and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone works effectively toward common goals.
• Manage the flow of products from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between team members, departments, and external partners.
• Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a proven track record of success in managing logistics and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software solutions for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving common goals.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
